Flex-Lifter™

Easy to use, the Flex-Lifter™ is operated with a manual ratchet. When used with care, it can also be driven by an impact wrench.

Compatible with a wide range of belt conveyors. The Medium model is designed for belt widths from 900 to 1,500 mm, the Large model for 1,200 to 1,800 mm, and the XL model for 1,800 to 2,400 mm. It lifts both flat and troughed belts.

The Medium and Large models are supplied as standard with a return belt lifting system. For the XL model, this system is available as an option.

The design incorporates a wide dual-rail base, ensuring excellent stability and high lifting capacity.

The device does not damage the belt: lifting is performed from underneath, without clamping or stress on the belt edges or cover.

Transportable, the tool can be quickly positioned on the conveyor structure. A transport cart is available as an option.
